What happens if my data subscriptions have expired?

Once your data subscriptions have expired, here are some next steps to renew or return the devices.

First, please refer to Are my data subscriptions expired? to check the end date for your data subscriptions. 

If you wish to Renew:

Contact support@clarity.io, and we can discuss your renewal and/or expansion of your monitoring network. 

If you wish to Return: 

Get in touch with our support team at support@clarity.io and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the devices at your convenience. Please include in your email:

    • The number of devices you're returning
    • The number of boxes you will pack those devices in
    • The address you are shipping from

Please be sure to return the devices with all accessories, including: solar panel, solar shield, charger, and antenna.
