What should I do when my data licenses expire?

Once your license expires, here are some next steps to renew or stop the Sensing-as-a-Service.

First, please refer to this article for instructions on how to check the end date for your data licenses. 

If you wish to Renew:

Contact support@clarity.io, and we can discuss your renewal and/or expansion of your monitoring network. 

If you wish to Stop: 

Get in touch with our support team at support@clarity.io and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the devices at your convenience. Please include in your email:

    • The number of devices you're returning
    • The number of boxes you will pack those devices in
    • The address you are shipping from

Please be sure to return the devices with all accessories, including: solar panel, solar shield, charger, and antenna.
