      How to unpair your accessory module from your Clarity device

      The add-on module sends data through the Clarity Node-S. After disconnecting the add-on module from the Clarity Node-S, you should also unpair on the Clarity Dashboard. Not doing so will generate the Module paired but not detected alarm on Clarity Dashboard.


      To unpair, please following the following instructions:

      1. Login to Clarity Dashboard.
      2. Navigate to  Devices > Nodes on the left panel
      3. From the table, select the device ID of the Clarity Node-S that the module is paired to. 

      1. Select “Unpair Module” from the blue “Actions” dropdown.
      2. A window asking for confirmation will be displayed. Click OK to unpair the module from the Node-S.
